As a co-founder of the NAAAP Las Vegas chapter, I spearheaded the launch of our short-form video content strategy, creating a series that showcases locally-owned AAPI small businesses in Las Vegas. This Instagram Reel series highlights the stories of AAPI entrepreneurs, emphasizing their journeys, challenges, and successes. Our goal was to celebrate their achievements while inspiring others in the community. The series quickly became the top-performing content on our account, demonstrating the power of storytelling and visual media in engaging our audience and promoting diversity within the professional landscape. Through initiatives like this, the NAAAP Las Vegas chapter continues to empower AAPI leaders and build a supportive community for mentorship, professional growth and development.
